The hotel had a handy location, the room was lovely and newly remodelled. The staff was very very helpful and fairly friendly in any situation. Appreciated the location easy to get to RER for the airport. The breakfast food was tasty. It was surely a fairly nice stay for the value of money.

It was one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. The name of the hotel was printed on an a4 piece of paper and stuck on the window. The room was filthy. The closet didn't have a door but was draped with an old dirty curtain. The bathroom was so disgusting that we seriously considered leaving despite the snowy weather and sub zero temperatures. And not to forget: We didn't have any electricity for a few hours in the morning. It was the most unpleasant stay in a hotel I have ever experienced.

Good location near train station and convenient for business travel. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Friendly staff.
Poor wifi signal, which is frustrating for business travelers. Limited hot water supply in the shower.

Close to the underground station in Simplon; staff esp. Nibal was helpful if a little "English"-speaking challenged. The room had heat and hot water.
The shower tap was ungainly with no attachment and quite uncomfortable to use.
